Eric, Femie, Fernando and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. As first-time home buyers, we found the experience simple and enjoyable due to the level of care they put into each step. Working with them during a chaotic few months in the housing market made us feel even more confident that we had the right team on our side. The entire team did a great job communicating throughout the process and were always available for questions. Instructions and action items were clear and we fully trusted they had our best interests in mind.We are incredibly happy with our new home thanks to Eric and everyone else at Eric Marcus Chicago Homes!
