Our 2022 Story
2022 was a year to remember at Eric Marcus Chicago Homes at Keller Williams ONEChicago. We helped a record 86 clients buy/sell/invest/rent homes and earned 5-star reviews from every client that took the time to review us (thank you for the kind reviews!).
Our clients came to Chicago from France, California, New York, Michigan, Florida, Washington DC, Indiana, Blue Island, Charleston and of course the most beautiful city in the USA - Chicago!
We helped clients start their lives in Arizona, Tennessee, Indiana, Florida, California, Michigan, River Forest, Highland Park, South Chicago Heights, Dolton, Evanston, Lake Villa, Bolingbrook, Brookfield, Westchester, Clarendon Hills, Tinley Park, and throughout the great neighborhoods of Chicago - Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Rogers Park, North Center, Roscoe Village, South Chicago, South Loop, West Loop, Wicker Park, West Town, Palmer Square, Logan Square. We helped some who only moved a few blocks away and even one who moved down the hall.
We helped clients we never met in person, first-time buyers, first-time sellers, long-time owners (one hadn't been on the market since the 1940s!), estate administrators, 1st generation immigrants, trade-up buyers, divorcees, downsizers, and long-time investors.
We helped our buyers secure over $50,000 in closing cost credits from lenders and below-market interest rates for 25% of our buyers.
We helped physicians, parents of students, painters, construction workers, architects, accountants, attorneys, city workers, police officers, programmers, interior designers, teachers, nurses, flight attendants, bartenders, postal workers and retirees.
We helped clients buy/sell condos, single-family homes, 2-units, 3 units, 7-units, and co-ops.
We earned 5-star reviews from everyone that reviewed us on Google, Facebook, Zillow, and Yelp. In 2021, we changed our logo to reflect the reviews and to let you all know to expect 5-star service when you work with us.
We held a Holiday Blood Drive with Vitalant helping to save 66 lives, a paper shredding event, a first-time homebuyer event, an ice cream event, a Halloween pumpkin giveaway, a $1.5 billion Powerball jackpot ticket giveaway, and a Thanksgiving Pie giveaway.
We trained 2 agents all year on our systems and tools and watched them flourish. We hired 1 more new agent this fall and she closed her first deal on Dec. 30! We hired another agent who will start next week. Our agents speak English, Spanish, and now Serbian.
Our emails were opened over 150,000 times, our Google pay per click ads were viewed 46,825 times and clicked on 5,319 times. Our email open rate in the 4th quarter was an astonishing 52%! Our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads were viewed 518,241 times by 170,812 people.
